Hello, I am Roger Khoury, Senior Justice Sector Advisor at the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law – HiiL and its representative in the Arab region We are today in Morocco with Dr. Mohamad to explain to you how to implement the Justice Needs Survey in Morocco Dr. Mohamad, please explain to us I am Professor Mohamad Abderebbi representative of Global for Survey and Consulting for researches, studies and consultations We will be conducting a study on the Justice Needs and Satisfaction survey of citizens taking as a sample 6000 persons from the different regions of the Kingdom of Morocco The study will be scientific and objective by selecting a random sample representing all the categories of the community Follow us HiiL is a research institute headquartered in The Hague, the city of peace and justice in Netherlands We work on improving the right of people to access information and justice Thus, we use the innovation as a way to improve the right of people and citizens to access justice We come today to Morocco to repeat an experience previously done in several Arab countries such as Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia, Yemen and Emirates It is a survey to determine the daily legal needs and problems of people in Morocco As well as to whom they resort to resolve these issues and what paths do they take and how much time, money and effort is required to do so
