the show as much as I do. Thank you guys! Our next presenter is not only a talented singer and a model, she is also the author of Living Life As An Open and Honest You. Let’s hear it for Natasha Bure. Hi, everyone. You guys look so beautiful tonight. Justice is all about elevating young girls to pursue their dreams, and they’ve partnered with
a non-profit organization who shares that vision. Girls on the Run. Let’s take a look at what they do. They told her that a woman would never be able to
fly across the Atlantic. They told her that
science was a boys’ club. They told her women can’t run marathons. And, they told her
there’s no place for her on the Supreme Court. Imagine what we could accomplish if the world stopped telling
girls what they can’t do. At Girls on the Run, we envision a world where every girl knows and activates her
limitless potential, and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. Through our evidence-based curriculum, girls are learning the skills they need to successfully navigate
adolescence and beyond. Girls on the Run taught
me that I have the power to accomplish big things. I learned that I have the
ability to reach for the stars because of Girls on the Run. At Girls on the Run, I
learned how to stand up for myself and others. No one can hold me back. Because of Girls on the Run, I have the confidence to
rise to any challenge. Together we have the
power to change the world. How cool is that? If you want to find out
more about Girls on the Run please visit their website
at Now, I know you all are super excited to meet the remarkable girls
we are here to honor tonight. Our first honoree is an
inspiration to everyone she meets. She’s been using a prosthetic leg since she was seven months
old, and she’s unstoppable. She runs, swims, climbs, dives, and uses positive self
talk to do her best. It is my privilege to introduce our first Live Justice
honoree, Laura Gray. I was born without my tibia bone, so I had to go into amputation
when I was very young. I got my prosthetic leg
when I was seven months old. What I love about Girls on the Run is that it’s a place where I
know I’m not going to be judged. I can also run, make new
friends, and learn life lessons. I like to swim because I like the water, and I run because it’s a place where it can just be me and my mind. I live every day in a positive way by not letting my leg define me. To me, it’s just something
else I put on in the morning that other people don’t have. I like that people look up to me. That makes me feel really happy, and it makes me feel good about myself knowing that I am an
inspiration to some people. If I could say something
to inspire girls everywhere I would tell them to
live life to the fullest. You only have one life,
so live it the best. Also, don’t let anyone tell
you what you can and can’t do. Pretty impressive, right? Let’s meet her right now. Professor Stephen Hawking once said, “I want to show that
people need not be limited “by physical handicaps
as long as they are not “disabled in spirit.” Girls on the Run has helped
me grow my inner strength by showing me I can
celebrate my differences by finding connections with others. My confident attitude
is due to the support I receive from my family,
friends, and coaches. I am proud that my positive spirit is an inspiration to others, and I am honored to accept
this Live Justice Award. Oh man, that was… That touched me. That was really nice. Man, you guys. I am loving the energy
up in here, everyone. This has been super cool so far. You guys having a good time? Everyone having a good time? That’s awesome. Now, let’s see. I want to pick one of you guys to… Yes, if you’d like, come up here. Yes, fantastic. If you mind telling
the audience your name. I’m Caitlin Cruz. Caitlin Cruz, give a hand
for Caitlin Cruz everyone. Now tell me about what you
do to help your community be a better place for those around you. Well, my family and I do
yearly homeless outreaches, and we collect water,
food, hygiene supplies, and clothing for homeless
people in downtown San Diego. Wow! Oh my gosh, that’s crazy, and how long have you been doing this? A couple of years now. And, what inspired you to do
this, go out to the homeless? Well, we started just going
down and taking a look around, and there were so many
sad people out there, and we found that they loved each other, and they cared for each other more close than people in home communities did, and we started trying to give them more than they could give us. Wow, that’s really inspirational. I love that so much. Well, thank you, thank you so much for sharing that with us. Now joining us to
present our next honoree, from Nickelodeon’s Nicky,
Ricky, Dicky, & Dawn please welcome Casey Simpson. Hey guys! Hey everyone. Our next Live Justice Award is going to one of the kindest
girls you’ll ever meet. She works hard to make sure
everyone feels included and even started a peer tutoring group to help her classmates
keep up with their studies. On top of her time spent
with Girls on the Run, she stays busy with her gardening club, volunteering to help
special needs students, and she keeps perfect
attendance at school too. Our next Live Justice
honoree is the incredible Emmanuel Barume. Emmanuel couldn’t be here
tonight to accept her award, but she sent us a special video message. Take a look. Thank you to Justice. She is such a pleasure to have in class. She’s so friendly, so helpful, helpful to me, helpful to other students. She started this homework
club during morning arrival to help herself and others
better understand the content, and I was just so pleased
when she expressed interest in the Girls on the Run with me. She’s just such a pleasure to have, and she’s such a wonderful person to know. I want people to gather round
and help their community because the more kindness
you give to somebody, the more it can spread through the world. Here to present our
next Live Justice award from Disney Channel’s Andi
Mack, quadruple threat, actress, singer, dancer,
and model, Emily Skinner. Hi guys! It is so awesome to be here tonight celebrating girls who shine. Our next honoree exemplifies what it means to live Justice in everything she does. She’s an elite gymnast
with dreams of competing in the Olympics, and when she’s
not hard at work in the gym, she dedicates her free time
to helping those in need. Let’s take a look at the
extraordinary, Noe Velazquez. If every girl helps out and lives Justice they can make an impact in our
world and in their community. I have always taught Noe that no matter how busy you are in life, you always have time
to help those in need. This past September
Noelia turned 11 years old the same week that her
island, Puerto Rico, got hit by two hurricanes, Hurricane Maria and Hurricane Irma. And, she decided to once again, collect all her birthday money, and give it all back to Puerto Rico. That idea went bigger than
just saving birthday money. We decided to make a GoFundMe account and get donations from
people that she knew. We actually collected $8,200, and we traveled to Puerto Rico, so she could see firsthand the community that she was helping. She was helping rebuild their high school that got destroyed. It’s fun to help others
’cause it fills my heart with the magic of giving. Wow, what a girl. Now give it up for the
amazing Noe Velazquez. Hello. I would like to start
by saying that I feel honored, special, and empowered
to receive this award today. Empowered because there is nothing done to help girls like me
achieve their dreams. Generosity is the habit of giving freely without expecting anything in return. Last September, my dear
island of Puerto Rico was hit hard by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. They lost 100% of its power
and many lives along the way. I can not just sit at my house when there are people that lost it all. I wanted to help. We were able to raise $8,200
to help rebuild a school that was destroyed in an
underserved community. I got to experience firsthand the damages when we flew to Puerto
Rico and went door to door delivering supplies to families in need. I cannot believe how
happy these families lived even when they have lost it all. Spreading positivity
is definitely something that makes people smile, and one smile can change a lot of things. Live Justice has been an amazing platform that’s given girls like me the opportunity to make a change in our communities by living the Justice values. I have always been a true believer that girls need to grow up to be the best citizens they can
be for their communities. That is why I have
participated in many activities that give me teachable moments that I will forever take with me. Gymnastics, it has taught me
to never quit on a bad day, to stand up after a
fall, to have discipline, to be tough, to be healthy and active, to be determined, to be a team player, and that hard work yields results. Pageants, they have
given me the opportunity to express my feelings
through music and dance. It has given me good communication skills to feel secure about myself,
and that being yourself is the best form of beauty that exists. Community service. Like Anne Frank once said, “No one has become poor from giving.” Besides, giving is better than receiving. It helps make the world a better place, and it fills your soul. Van Gogh once said, “Great things are done “by a series of small
things brought together.” I believe that Justice has brought all of these amazing
girls with heart together to change the world a
little bit at a time, and I believe that together
we can change the world. I hope I can continue and inspire girls to use their actions and
voices to change the world and live Justice. I would like to say to
all the girls out there that are living positively
to keep working hard and never let anyone dull your sparkle. I want to thank my family,
friends, teachers, and coaches for always believing in me, supporting me, and always being there for me. And, thank you, Justice, for
the chance to share my story. Oh man. There is so much beauty in this world, and I love learning about
all the creative ways people share the beauty they see. Let’s see, would any of
you guys like to share one of your creative moments? Yeah, yeah!
Hi! The only volunteer, yes, come up, come up. You can just stand right
there, right there. All right, fantastic.
What’s your name? My name’s Jessalyn. Jessalyn, and what do
you do to stay creative? Well, first of all I just wanted to say that I love Bizaardvark. Thank you, thank you so much. And, my favorite ways to be creative is I love to draw, I love to
write stories, and crafts. That includes making slime. Oh yeah? I make slime too. Wait, you write stories, huh? What kind of stories do you write? I just write fictional stories. Fictional stories. What’s your favorite story
that you’ve written so far? The Land of Stories. Oh, okay. That sounds really intriguing. I want to read it now. One of the coolest ways to show creativity is through dance, and
tonight we have some of the very best young dancers out there to show you just what we mean. about Girls on the Run, and tonight you’re hearing stories about the impact the organization has had on communities across America. We encourage you to
visit to learn about how you can get
involved in supporting girls as they reach their limitless potential. Now, to present our next honoree please help me welcome
three real life sisters that dazzle YouTube audiences
from coast to coast, the Gem Sisters. Our next honoree is a Girl on the Run who showcases the Live
Justice values every day. She is a volunteer coach for
the Miracle League of Mankato which provides accessible
recreational opportunities for children with special needs. She also led a campaign to raise funds for a wheelchair accessible playground, so that everyone in the community can join in and play together. And, she is active as a tutor and a volunteer through the United Way. We are thrilled to give Chloe Aanenson this Live Justice Award. Chloe can’t be here tonight, but she sent us this video to say thanks. Hi, It’s Chloe Aanenson. Thank you so much for
honoring me with this award. I’m beyond excited and
humbled to be able to accept the Live Justice Award. I apologize for not being
able to attend in person, but I am currently receiving the Young Woman of Distinction
Award in Mankato, Minnesota. I’m the youngest girl to
ever receive this award and committed to attend that banquet. Thank you for this award. I would just like to say to
all the young girls out there, you too can be an ordinary girl
doing extraordinary things. Wow, that’s super inspirational. All right now, so our next presenters are known across the world
for their YouTube channel and music videos, actresses and musicians Bianca and Chiara. Let’s hear it for the D’Ambrosio Twins. Our next honoree lives the
Justice values every day. She believes in kindness over everything, and has won the Be Kind
Award at her school for the past three years. She is committed to representing
the Live Justice values through her dedication to schoolwork, her mad skills on the basketball court, expressing herself through
crafting and drawing, and making fun YouTube
content with her mom. Give it up for Jordyn!
Give it up for Jordyn! I think I positively
impact the ones around me by leading my example,
supporting other girls, and being kind, and being a good friend, and showing girls that it’s
easy to do those things, and they’ll want to live positively too. If every girl came together
and lived the Justice values, girl power would be unstoppable. You would have girls loving themselves and supporting other girls
that love themselves too. I think I inspire the
world by just being me, just being comfortable in my own skin, and not caring what other
people think about me. I think that I inspire girls like that because the world makes you think that you have to be someone you’re not, but you can be yourself, and it’s okay. Young girls can make a change in the world because we are the future,
we are the next generation of powerful women. If we all come together and
fight for equality and peace we can make a huge impact in the world, and I believe we can do it. Wow, I am so impressed. Put your hands together for Jordyn!
Jordyn! I am so proud to be receiving this award. Thank you Justice for this awesome night and for giving girls a
platform to use our voices to change the world. I hope that events like this and girls like all of you
continue to inspire everyone to always live Justice. Congratulations to all the honorees on receiving a Live Justice Award! I want to thank all you

homeless women in her area. Working with her grandmother, she sews and gives out bags
filled with basic necessities to those in need in the community. She’s even taken her
mission global to Ghana. Now, let’s check out Khloe Thompson. I live justice by being
the best me I can be. My dream is to have homeless
people off the streets. When I look at them all
I see is a normal person, but sometimes in other people’s eyes they are somebody who doesn’t have a home, somebody who was never like
them, but that’s not true. They were just like you, they
